The Awakened Body offers a dynamic and deeply integrative journey into embodied presence. Through a thoughtful blend of Hatha yoga, experiential anatomy, somatic exploration, and meditation, this series invites participants to reconnect with the intelligence of the body as a source of wisdom, grounding, and renewal. Each session is a spacious container designed to cultivate awareness, refine perception, and soften habitual patterns. As movement and stillness harmonize, you are guided to experience a gentle yet profound return to your body, not as an object to be fixed, but as a living, sensing and feeling. This process nurtures a deep sense of ease, resilience, and appreciation—opening the way to greater clarity, vitality, and trust into your body.


Digestive Health
Our gut microbiome directly impacts our greater sense of wellbeing. Discover how listening to your needs and visceral feeling states can release stress and tension that is held in the body subconsciously. Take an empowering look at how yoga philosophy and practice can provide digestive relief and healing.
Nourish the Heart
If you’re managing grief, sadness or even just the winter blues, take this time to come home to yourself. The heart sits at the center of all, beating patiently and constantly. You will work through feelings of denial, anger and depression to move towards acceptance and courage using self-inquiry, breathwork, yoga, mantra and stillness. The workshop will conclude with a cacao ceremony to strengthen your intuitive self and awaken a sense of appreciation, wonder and purpose.

Burnout Recovery
Develop abilities to manage fatigue, exhaustion and burnout. You will learn how to move your attention from external to internal sensation. Strengthen your inner senses. Delve into the realms of yoga Nidra, somatic movement, meditation and experiential anatomy. Melt away all your build up tension and feel a sense of ease.
