Burnout Recovery

Develop abilities to manage fatigue, exhaustion and burnout. You will learn how to move your attention from external to internal sensation. Strengthen your inner senses. Delve into the realms of yoga Nidra, somatic movement, meditation and experiential anatomy. Melt away all your build up tension and feel a sense of ease. Uplift your spirit and come home to your self.
Nourish the Heart

The heart is the spirallic center of our fluid body — the sacred chamber where our stories live and consciousness unfolds. It tastes the many flavors of life as they move through our inner rivers. In this gentle yet enlivening session, we will open shoulders, explore backbends, and move through somatic practices that release tension and invite freedom. Through soft tissue recovery, conscious breathing, and heart-centered mantra, we create space for tenderness, presence, and a deep connection to the inner heart. In the cacao ceremony, the sacred expression of your heart’s intention is guided and awakened.
