I understand that participation is at my own risk, Embodyoga® with Anna is not liable for injury, personal items, or travel issues, and that deposits are non-refundable with remaining balance refund policies outlined in my confirmation.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $550 per person is required to hold your space for this retreat and is due at the time of registration. Cancellation: --60 days or more prior to the retreat: your entire payment will be refunded, less $500 non-refundable deposit plus a $50 administration fee. --59-30 days prior to the retreat: less your $500 non-refundable deposit, your remaining balance can be applied to future retreats only - to be used within 2 years. --29 days or less prior to the retreat: forfeit all retreat money rendered.

Payment Details

To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required (based on your room choice). The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card in 3 monthly payments: 30 days after registration, 60 days after registration, and 90 days after registration. Note: For last-minute registrations, we’ll adjust the schedule to ensure your balance is paid in full before the retreat begins.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. You are responsible for ensuring you are covered in case of cancellations, emergencies, or unexpected changes. We suggest exploring options at SquareMouth.com and considering a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy for maximum flexibility.

Room Share Policy

Shared rooms must be booked with another person. If you’re booking a shared room and traveling alone, we will do our best to pair you with another woman. In the event that we’re unable to find a match, you will be required to upgrade to a single room. Room pairings are made based on the order in which registrations are received—so the earlier you book, the more likely we can accommodate your room share request.
