Cancellation/Refund Policy

Read the policy carefully to understand deadlines and financial obligations: Deposit: $550 per person is required to hold your space. Non-refundable. Cancellation: 60+ days before retreat: refund minus $500 deposit plus $50 administration fee 59–30 days before retreat: $500 deposit non-refundable; remaining balance applied to future retreats (must be used within 2 years) 29 days or less: full forfeit of retreat payment

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. You are responsible for ensuring you are covered in case of cancellations, emergencies, or unexpected changes. We suggest exploring options at SquareMouth.com and considering a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy for maximum flexibility.

Payment Details

Retreat pricing does not include airfare, transport, or airfare transfers. To reserve your spot, a $550 deposit is required at registration. You can then pay your remaining balance in full right away, or have the remaining balance automatically charged to your card in 3 payments: 6 months before: November 2, 2025 4 months before: January 2, 2026 2 months before: March 2, 2026 Note: For last-minute registrations, we’ll adjust the schedule to ensure your balance is paid in full before the retreat begins.

Room Share Policy

Shared rooms must be booked with another person. If you’re booking a shared room and traveling alone, we will do our best to pair you with another woman. In the event that we’re unable to find a match, you will be required to upgrade to a single room. Room pairings are made based on the order in which registrations are received—so the earlier you book, the more likely we can accommodate your room share request.
